Welcome Back Ceremony
On October 25th, 2023, the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU), organized a warm welcoming ceremony for second, third, fourth and fifth grade students. The event aimed to welcome students back from summer holiday and mark the beginning of the new academic year.
The ceremony included a short speech delivered by the Head of Department, Ms. Shino Abdullah, and other staff members. Students were introduced to their academic advisors, and the role of academic advising was explained to them. The selection of class representatives was also held during the event. Students and staff members were presented with snacks and dessert at the end of the ceremony.
