Mawlid Al-Nabawi Ceremony
In collaboration with the Dean of Students, the Architectural Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University organized a ceremony in celebration of Al Mawlid Al Nabawi, on the evening of October 17th, 2023, at the university’s premises. The event was a memorable occasion, marked by a dinner and a presentation delivered by the Dr. Jahfar Gwani, shedding light on the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
The ceremony was attended by students, faculty members, and guests from the local community. The occasion aimed to commemorate and reflect upon the life and significance of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and promote unity, compassion, and understanding among the attendees. The highlight of the evening was the illuminating speech delivered by Dr. Jahfar Gwani, a scholar and expert on Islamic studies. Dr. Gwani captivated the audience with his insights into the life, character, and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). His speech focused on the Prophet’s message of peace, tolerance, and empathy, emphasizing the relevance of these teachings in the modern world. The ceremony was also marked by a dinner presented to the students and staff members who attended the ceremony.
