On Monday, February 24th 2025, the Architectural Design IV staff Mr. Carol, Dr. Sakar, Mrs. Maha, Mr. Nawaz, Ms. Suzan, Ms. Shahd, Ms. Bushra in Architecture Engineering Department organized a field trip to The Boulevard Residential buildings, allowing them to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world applications. On Sunday, February 16th 2025, the execution drawing staff Mrs. Wafaa Wasfi, Ms. Shad Ahmad and Ms. Bushra Abdulmajid in architecture engineering department organized a field trip to Pavilion Erbil, sponsored by ROJ ART COMPANY, transporting the 3rd stage students by bus to observe the construction process firsthand. On Thursday, February 20th, the Architecture Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU), organized a scientific field trip to the Fine Art Institute in Erbil. On 30th of November the Qalat Awards highlighted the exceptional contributions of Architecture department, Tishk International University (TIU) in its 2024 competition. The Qalat Awards are an annual architecture competition organized by the Kurdistan Center for Arts and Culture (KCAC). The initiative aims to inspire architects and designers to creatively reimagine and preserve Kurdish architectural heritage. On 29th of September 2024 the department of architecture at Tishk International University organized a farwell gathering for our valuable research assistant Mrs. Hema Hiwa on her leaving to abroad. She is one of the hard working staff, she was always responsible and polite in her duties and she was eager to help her colleagues during the lectures and administrative tasks.
