Staff Breakfast
The Architecture Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University organized a breakfast outing for staff members, under the supervision of Mrs. Shino Abdulla, Head of Department. Over 30 staff members joined the acitivity, aimed to enhance social engagement among colleagues. Such gatherings not only make the team feel more at ease with each other but also promote a positive work culture, potentially boosting staff retention.
Group breakfasts play a pivotal role in strengthening inter-departmental relationships. It offers a platform for team members from diverse units to connect and converse. This casual setting facilitates the free exchange of ideas and could act as a stress-reliever, setting a positive tone for the workday ahead.
