On 22nd of February 2017, the lecturers of Landscape Design , Dr. Hafedh Yahya , Mr. Dawa Azad and assistant Mr. Rawaz Tahir , took the fourth stage students to the Shanadar Park in Erbil city. Two busses were provided by the university to transport the students.
During the trip the students were led around the park to observe the general theme of the park, while park analyzing several aspects of the design elements, including zoning, circulation, activities and shading.
After this the students were taken to Mnara Park to see the difference and connection between the Parks. It was a fun way to show the practical implementations of the theoretical design that the students would get in the coming semester.
