Opening Ceremony of the New Petroleum & Mining Engineering Laboratories The newly established laboratories of the Department of Petroleum & Mining Engineering at Tishk International University were officially opened on Wednesday, 5th of October, 2022, at 10:00 AM. General Examination Guidelines for Students It is the student’s responsibility to follow the exam date, time and location. Clever Scientific Training Course

A training course was arranged between the Department of Petroleum & Mining Engineering and Clever Scientific Company which is the supplier of 28 laboratory equipment items for three laboratories of the department (Drilling Engineering Laboratory; Reservoir Engineering Laboratory and Mining Engineering Laboratory). The Department of Petroleum & Mining Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University organized a field trip along the road from Erbil City to Shaqlawa Town on May 18th, 2022. Departmental staff and 17 students of first grade participated in the trip. The trip was to show students the geological features which are present on both sides of the road. The area between Erbil City and Shaqlawa district involves many important geological structures such as anticlines, synclines, faults, joints and many other structures.
