A Memorandum of Understanding Between ENTRAC Petroleum Limited (EPL) The United Kingdom and Tishk International University (TIU) Erbil, Iraq. On the 14th of February 2021, Tishk International University signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ENTRAC Petroleum Limited; a British training and consultation company providing specialized technical and vocational training for Petroleum Engineers in addition to students and staff members in petroleum and other fields.
