Architectural Engineering Department is organizing an Exhibition which is an opportunity for the talented students to present their work of Art which consists of a Variety of Architectural Projects, Professional Photographs, Handcrafted Sculptures and Paintings with Pencils, Pastels, Acrylic and Water Colors. There will be Live Music played by our students during the Exhibition. The opening ceremony of the Exhibition will take place: on Wednesday, April 25th, 2018 at 10:00 am – 5:00 pm In front of Main Building of Tishk International University

On Monday, March the 12th, the Architecture Department of Tishk International University held a lunch outside the campus at Canyon Hotel. The head of department, Miss. Soma Abdulsalam Kareem organized and suggested the idea. The event was a friendly gesture, to gather the academics of the architecture department for a lunch outside the university, aiming to break the routine of the long working hours and to celebrate the end of the first semester. Miss. Soma A. Kareem, personally called the full-time academics of the department, and the dean of the Engineering Faculty, Dr. Halit Vural, to invite them to join the lunch. On Sunday, February the 25th, the Architectural Department at Tishk International University prepared a Scientific trip to Arjaan Hotel– Erbil, for the Third year students’ design project, The visit was Supervised by the design studio academics: Mr. Azad Ahmed, Mr. Carol Kako, and Miss. Shaymaa Jalil. The students and academics arrived at Arjaan Hotel at 1:00 am, the trip was aiming to teach students the procedures of design and one of the stages is analyzing similar examples.
