A Memorandum of Understanding Between ENTRAC Petroleum Limited (EPL) The United Kingdom and Tishk International University (TIU) Erbil, Iraq. On the 14th of February 2021, Tishk International University signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ENTRAC Petroleum Limited; a British training and consultation company providing specialized technical and vocational training for Petroleum Engineers in addition to students and staff members in petroleum and other fields. A scientific trip to Field Ready Erbil Makerspace was arranged on December 22, 2020, for second-grade Petroleum & Mining Engineering students. The trip was relevant to the subject of Thermodynamics, which is part of the departments' syllabus. It aimed to improve the understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies and product development for the current generation. Through this visitation, the students were able to see the use of 3D printers and the design of prototype models for all engineering fields.
