General Regulations

Dear students,
Kindly read the following rules and regulations for your Examinations carefully.

  1. Please be in the exam hall, at least 10 minutes before the start of the examination. Those who fail to show up 10 minutes before the exam will not be admitted inside the examination hall.
  2. Check the seating plan displayed outside the exam hall to know your allocated seat.
  3. Place your mobile phones, bags, lecture notes, and any other belongings on/near the invigilator’s desk.
  4. Place your student ID on your desk and make sure you have it with you during the examination period.
  5. Bring your own stationery with you as sharing is not allowed.
  6. Bring your own calculator with you as sharing is not allowed.
  7. Use BLUE or BLACK pens only.

Midterm Examination

Note:

  • Medical reports must be approved by Governmental Zanko Center and submitted to the department before 24/11/2025.
  • Students with conflict can attend make-up exam for their retake (previous year) courses on condition to attend current year course.
