The Department of Computer Engineering will be organizing a workshop on the 15th of February, 2022 in Tishk International University’s Education Building in accordance with the International Childhood Cancer day.
the workshop will host the distinguished Dr. Ahmed Al Mashhadani (Oncologists, Nanakali Hospital) and Dr. Raman Tharwad (oncologists, Nanakali Hospita) to to enhance awareness about cancer, which is widespread in our region.
According to the official announcement, the main signs and symptoms of cancer with its risk factors will be discussed as well as important instructions about periodic tests to identify the diagnoses of cancer. The department and workshop presenters will, at the same time, encourage the participation in humanitarian projects to support cancer centers and advocate for the department’s Nanakali projects, a charity activity to help cancer ridden Children. The workshop will also discuss our future plans to expand the joint project with Nanakali hospital.
