Instead, the 12 Week Year avoids the pitfalls and low productivity of annualized thinking. The idea of this app is redefining your “year” to be 12 weeks long. In 12 weeks, there just isn’t enough time to get complacent, and urgency increases and intensifies. The 12 Week Year creates focus and clarity on what matters most and a sense of urgency to do it now. In the end more of the important stuff gets done and the impact on results is profound.

Project Title:  Auction app

Student Participants:

Project Supervisor: Mr.Mohammed Anwar

The abstract / Synopses:

Auction is the process of buying and selling by offering a price (by whomever wants to buy) more than the price previously offered until reaching the higher price that no one can increase. A person[1] or a group manages the session and completes the sale to the person who is awarded the auction. The place where the auction process takes place is called the Haraj. Today, there is an electronic auction, which is the same auction, but via the Internet and does not require people to come to a specific place physically.
An auction is a form of selling land, real estate, or any commodity in a manner that guarantees the seller the highest possible profit rate. This is done by meeting everyone who wants to buy the commodity sold through the auction, then setting a minimum sale price that is not less than the price paid, and then the auction period begins where each buyer offers a price higher than the previous price until one of the attendees reaches a price that none of the rest offers. A value greater than that, and then the auction ends with the owner of the highest price obtaining the offered item. In creating this application we presented in a way which the user can sign up and sign in . The app provides a way for users to see everything and post too.

Project Title:  Solar system tracking using Arduino

Student Participants:

Project Supervisor: Dr. Goran Abdulrahman Mohammed

The abstract / Synopses:

Solar energy is a renewable energy source that is pollution-free, environmentally friendly, and requires the least amount of maintenance out of all renewable sources because it makes use of the Sun’s solar radiance. Therefore, the major goal of this research is to create a solar tracking system that can increase solar panel production. An Arduino Uno, light-dependent resistors, servo motors, and one solar panel are included in the design of the solar tracking system. A light-dependent resistor is used as a light sensor to detect sunlight, the Arduino microcontroller serves as the system’s primary controller, and the servo motor rotates the solar panel so that it faces the sun. The aim of this solar tracker project is to keep the solar panel perpendicular to the sun to make it more efficient
