The students who has summer training ( Internship ),especially students from 3rd grade), download the form and print it out…
Follow the steps:
1- Download the Form and print out all the pages
2- Fill the last page of the form which is titled as ( INTERNSHIP APPLICATION FORM ) with attaching your photo to the Form – Leave the contract number empty
3- You need to visit the university for approving the Form.
4- More instructions and the Support letter will be given to you when you visit the department.
5- Deadline for visiting the department is ( Sunday, 16th August, 2020)
