On May 16th, 2024, Ms. Jwan Khaleel Mohammed, Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Petroleum and Mining Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU), delivered a seminar titled “What is Mechanical Vibration and How to Control?” The seminar, held from 15:30 to 16:30 in Hall 122, discussed the fundamental concepts of mechanical vibration, its causes, and its impact on drilling operations, equipment reliability, and operational safety.
