Internal Seminar: Why Composite Materials are Replacing Traditional Materials

On December 18th, 2022, Ms. Jwan Khaleel Mohammed, Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Petroleum and Mining Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University held a seminar under the title Why Composite Materials are Replacing Traditional Materials.

The seminar was presented at 15:00-16:00 in Hall 214 which included detailed information about engineering materials, factors affecting the effectiveness of material properties, mechanical properties, composite materials, techniques for producing metal matrix composite. The seminar discussed the reasons that make the composite materials to be more applicable than traditional material, and concluded with a Q & A session, allowing participants to further explore the topic.
