Breakfast: Staff-Student Bonds at TIU

On February 8th, Mr. Omar Azad, Research Assistant in the Petroleum and Mining Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU), orchestrated a delightful breakfast program for a segment of second-grade students. This initiative was designed not only to provide a wholesome start to the day but also to foster a stronger sense of collaboration and connection between staff members and students.

The breakfast served as a platform for informal interaction, allowing students to engage with Mr. Omar Azad and another Research Assistant, Mr. Ibrahim Fatih. The goal was to cultivate a more harmonious relationship between staff and students, enhancing the overall academic and social experience within the department.

Such initiatives play a pivotal role in creating a supportive and engaging environment for students, reinforcing the sense of community within the Petroleum and Mining Engineering Department. As Mr. Omar Azad and Mr. Ibrahim Fatih shared the breakfast table with students, it symbolized a commitment to building lasting bonds beyond the classroom setting.

This breakfast program is part of ongoing efforts by the department to strengthen the ties between staff and students, creating an atmosphere conducive to collaborative learning and personal development.
