On February 23, 2025, the Petroleum and Mining Engineering Department (PAME) at TIU hosted Engineer Arya Fallah from Pulsar Petroleum Company for a specialized lecture as part of the Petroleum Drilling Engineering II course for third-grade students.
Bridging Theory with Practice
Engineer Arya Fallah, representing a drilling fluid engineering service company, conducted the session in the Petroleum Drilling Fluid Laboratory, bringing along industry-grade equipment to provide students with a hands-on learning experience. His lecture focused on drilling fluid rheological properties, directly aligning with the course syllabus and giving students a clearer understanding of how theoretical knowledge translates into real-world industry practices.
