Visit of Kirkuk Petroleum Institute to our Department

A group of students and staff from the Kirkuk private Petroleum Institute visited our department (Petroleum and Mining Engineering Department). More than 20 students and three academic staff came on February 17, 2020, at 14:00 to the Department and the TIU.

In the beginning, they were welcomed by Miss. Kazhan from Student Denary and Dr. Mohammed, the coordinator of the Department. Then, they visited the Petroleum Fluid properties lab which was explained intensively by Dr. Sanger Ahmed Salih, the lecturer of the subject. Then, they visited the Fluid mechanic and Thermodynamic lab of the Petroleum Department, which was explained by Dr. Mohammed Ali Namuq, coordinator of the Department.

After that, they had a site tour guided by the student denary staff. The visit was ended with an introduction about the TIU in Room 302, education Building at 16:50 O`clock.
