Dear Student of civil Engineering Department,

The students who has summer training ( Internship ),especially students from 3rd grade:

Follow the steps:

A: Download all the forms and print them out

Form – A : Internship Application Form

Form – B : Training Evaluation

Form – C : Internship Report

B: Before Starting the Internship:

1- Fill FORM – A which is titled as ( INTERNSHIP APPLICATION FORM ) with the help of the company that you go to with attaching your photo to the form – Leave the contract number empty

2- You need to visit the department for approving the form, otherwise it will not be accepted and you need to repeat it next year. and then go to Mr. Razhan to get the contract number.

3- Take Support letter from the University (Student Affairs), that support for the summer internship

C: After Finishing the Internship Program:

5- At the end of training you will be asked to bring back Form B “which consist of 3 pages” filled by the company and closed in an envelop with company’s stamp.

6- It’s required at the end of the internship program to fill the report, Form C by yourself under supervision of a lecturer from the university who will be aware of your work during the internship.
