Civil engineering department of TIU, on 6th October 2022 has organized a workshop under the title “On Lab Resting and Reporting; Compressive strength of concrete and geotechnical issues” which was presenting roadmaps in achieving testing of concrete compressive strength and geotechnical issues in response to requests from the construction projects on achieve the goals of our civil engineering dept in the preparation of such service that anticipate the request of the various construction firms, and building the expertise in structural, material, and geotechnical testing.

Overall, the workshop is the approval of the above-mentioned roadmap of testing and reporting to the construction firms. The civil engineering department in TIU, may request the final approval from the engineering faculty, and the Rectorate of TIU.
