Food Fundraising Event
The Dean of Students at Tishk International University (TIU)) held a food fundraising event on November 29th, 2023, in which it also showcased the university’s commitment to community service and student engagement through the introduction of the social community projects and clubs held at the university. The event was hosted by our student Revan Rzgar and featured a compelling speech by Dr. Mohammed Abdullghani, Dean of Students enriching the day with insightful perspectives and inspiration for the university community. This event brought together students, teachers, and locals in a delightful feast for a good cause. Volunteers from the department cooked up a storm, preparing a variety of tasty dishes that drew a large crowd eager to lend their support.
The Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU) also participated in the event to help raise funds for the community service projects conducted by the department. This initiative reflects the department’s commitment to giving back and making a positive impact beyond the university walls.
The funds raised will go a long way in supporting the upcoming community service project.
