Tishk International University has awarded certificates of appreciation to Professor Dr. Bayan Salim Al-Numan and Assoc. Professor Dr. Thamir Muhammed Ahmed for their commitment, dedication and excellent performance as they are both considered as instructors of TOP FIVE MOST WELL TAUGHT COURSES at Tishk University for the last three consecutive academic years (2015 to 2018). This was according to a students survey conducted by ISO Office/ Tishk University.The certificates were delivered by the Vice President of TIU Dr. Mehmet Ozdemir.

Dear Civil Engineering Students, Civil Engineering Department of Tishk International University (former Tishk International ) in collaboration with ACI Iraq Chapter will organize an outstanding event. The event consists of Two different competitions as Fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) bowling ball and Spaghetti Bridge. The seminar was presented by certified passive house designer Engineer Muslim Muhammed who is the member in the international association of passive house. A site visit to construction site was organized for the 3rd grade civil engineering students on 7th of November 2018. Before anything all safety instructions were given to the student. Then based on the plan all student gathered at the university around 9:30 am and then the site has been reached after 45-minute journey by bus. On March 1, 2018 civil engineering department in cooperation with SIGMA integrated management institute organized a workshop entitled Smart Management Thinking which includes introduction to project management professional (PMP) and primavera 6 (P6) to the lecturers and students to introduce the project management professional (PMP) and primavera 6 (P6).
