The goal of the scientific Trip Technical exposure of Asphalt Concrete, Manufacturing Processes and other Engineering aspects of Asphalt Concrete Subject. (students) have learnt Process of making bituminous concrete, Material used in making of it. Test conducted on Bitumen and aggregates. With this kind of industrial visit, Students will gain more knowledge on Highway Material Technology application aside from the theoretical aspect learned from the classrooms and laboratory.  

Date: 30th of  April  2019 The highway made for shortening the ordinary road between Erbil-Duhok about one hour less than before also it was seen that the draining water tunnel which it was under the highway. And also getting the knowledge about the cross sections and profile which was studied in the University. And the length of the Highway was about 22Km long. And made up of two main side roads and two service roads.  

A scientific trip was organized on the 30th of April 2019. By the Civil Engineering Department to Waziran Neighborhood. Students of the second class participated. Students were accompanied by the Lecturer: Mr. Essam Zebary, Mr. Twana Ahmad, Mr. Halmat Moslih, Mr. Razhan Shahab, Mr. Yousif Mahmood.
