Internal Seminar: Actions to build technology-based teaching and learning program The Civil Engineering Department at Tishk International University periodically organizes internal seminars regarding the trending topics related to the department. On November 16th, 2021, Dr. Jawdat Tashan presented a seminar entitled 'Actions to build technology-based teaching and learning programs.' The purpose of the seminar was to discuss mechanisms and techniques that enhance departmental academic performance. Further, in aim to increase the interest of the program, principles of how to develop a suitable action plan for the program were highlighted and evaluated.

On November 18th, 2021, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thamir Mohammed Ahmed presented a seminar entitled 'Water Resource Problem in Iraq', highlighting the water scarcity that Iraq is currently facing, although it is ranked as a rich country in water resources. The seminar identified the problem of why the supply rates are almost lower than the growth of demand rate and further discussed proposed solutions to the issues presented.
