Our alumni Shayma Omar presented a speech about Introduction to Civil Engineering in generally to freshmen students of our department.
During the seminar Mrs.Shayma talked about the stages that she passed through and motivated them to study hard in their field because nowadays sciences become more widely. She indicated that being optimistic is one of the key successes in life.
Our students were very pleased and motivated by seeing a graduate from their department that she could reach to such a successful stage as that they are in right now. Some of lecturers of our dept. also participated in it like (Assoc. Prof. Dr.Thamir, Dr. Omar, Mr.Junaid and Mr. Mohammed Qadir), finaly the seminar ended by giving our honor certificate to our alumni by Assoc.Prof.Dr.Thamir.
