First Grade Students Welcome Lunch In collaboration with the Dean of Students at Tishk International University, the Architectural Department held a lunch for first grade students on February 20th, 2022. This event aimed to welcome the new students and to allow them to get to know each other and socialize. The students enjoyed a great lunch outdoors with departmental staff members. Orientation Program for Freshmen Students The Department of Architecture at Tishk International University held an orientation program for freshmen students on January 5th, 2022. The program was designed to welcome new students to TIU for the academic year of 2021-2022. Workshop: Research Methodology for Architecture and Interior Design Tishk International University has organized (ICAD2021) an International Conference on Architecture and Interior Design in collaboration with the University of Technology of Baghdad, under the theme of “Education and Practice in Architecture”. The conference will be held on 9th -10th November 2021. The conference includes a two days workshop about Research Methodology for Architecture and Interior Design, directed by Dr. Afroz Ahmad Shah. Students are urged to participate on both days of the conference. A certificate will be given to paid participants.
