The workshop that was hosted by the Architecture Department in Tishk International University, took place in the auditorium of the dentistry college, on Wednesday, 1st of march 2017, at 13:30.   Khasraw Jaff was welcomed by the university's Head of Board of Trustees, Dr. Idrees Hadi, the Vice President, Dr. Mehmet Ozdemir, the dean of engineering college, Dr. Halit Vural, and the head of architecture department, Mrs. Soma A. Tishk International University and Erbil Polytechnic University hosted the 3rd International Engineering Conference on Development in Civil & Computer Engineering Applications on February 26 and 27, 2017. The aim of the conference was to disseminate research findings and provide a platform for scholars to debate and exchange ideas on the developments in the field of engineering. The conference proceedings will be indexed by Google Scholar Databases and each paper will have DOI number.   Architecture Engineering and Interior Design Departments organized an Art Exhibition of Tishk International Students on 21st December, 2016. Dr. Edris Hadi Head of Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Oztas President of Tishk International University, Miss Soma A. Kareem Head of Architecture Engineering Department and Mr. Haval Sami Head of Interior Design Department opened the Exhibition.   Architectural Engineering Department is organizing an Art Exhibition for Photography, Freehand and Live Music. This is an opportunity for the talented students to present their work of Art which consists of Professional Photographs, Handcrafted Sculptures and Paintings with Pencils, Pastels, Acrylic and Water Colors. There will be Live Music played by our students during the Exhibition.   Five students from Architecture Department participated in "KRG Internship" Internship Program organized by Kurdistan Regional Government Initiative for Internship program with cooperation with Career Center of Tishk International University. They were awarded a Certificate of Participation by Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government Mr. Qubad Talabani, in a Ceremony held in Saad Abdullah Conference Hall on Thursday December 15, 2016 at 11:00 am. On the October 7th 2017, Ms. Farah Maysan (Research Assistant) prepared a workshop for the Lectures of Architecture Dept. to clarify how to upload their lecture notes to the departmental webpage. The lecturers gathered in lecture hall 329 at 01:00 pm. The workshop done by sharing passwords and usernames for each lecturer and uploading lecture notes into the website by presenting the steps on the class screen , the procedure would be helpful for the students in order to be easy to read and download the lecturer notes directly from the lecture notes page by using a specialized username and password which are prepared by the [...]
