During June 2026, students from the Architecture Engineering Department at Tishk International University successfully conducted a social responsibility project aimed at restoring and improving a local school environment under the supervision of Mr. Omar Azad.

The initiative was carried out by Group A, consisting of 14 students, with the goal of creating a safer, more comfortable, and more supportive learning environment for students and staff. The project focused on repairing and renewing damaged furniture, walls, floors, and other essential school facilities.

The students began by visiting the school to assess its needs and identify areas requiring improvement. In coordination with the school principal, the team evaluated the existing conditions and developed proposals to support the renovation process. These proposals were submitted to relevant government authorities to seek additional assistance. Demonstrating a strong commitment to community service, the students also contributed personal funds to help advance the project.

To further support the initiative, the group participated in the Food Fundraising Event held on Monday, 11 May 2026, at Tishk International University. The event, organized in collaboration with Stage 1 Architecture students, successfully raised funds that were directed toward the restoration and improvement of the school facilities.

Through this initiative, students gained valuable experience in teamwork, leadership, communication, and community engagement while making a meaningful contribution to local educational infrastructure. Tishk International University commends the students for their dedication to social responsibility and their efforts to create a positive impact within the community.
