As part of its ongoing commitment to community service and social responsibility, the Architecture Department at Tishk International University participated in the “Architecture for Humanity” initiative on  Thursday, 11 June 2026.

The project focused on the distribution of food aid boxes to *450 environmental volunteers from 18 municipal divisions, with a total budget of  22,500,000 IQD. The initiative reflected the university’s dedication to supporting local communities and promoting humanitarian values among students.

The activity was carried out by : Suhaib Salih, Kovan Bshar, Ahmed Barzan, Mustafa Muhammed, Daem Hassan, and Muhammed Kakamin, under the supervision of the Dean of Students.

Through this meaningful initiative, participants demonstrated the importance of volunteerism, social engagement, and community support, reinforcing the university’s mission of developing responsible and active citizens.

Tishk International University continues to encourage students to participate in humanitarian and community-based projects that create a positive impact on society.
