Unity in Action: Mechatronics Community’s Ramadan Box for TIU Cleaning Staff
As part of the social community project of the year 2022-2023, the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University, organized a remarkable initiative titled Help the Needy Project: Ramadan Box for TIU Cleaning Staff, which took place on April 5th during the holy month of Ramadan. The project involved collecting monetary donations from TIU academic staff and assembling boxes filled with essential food items such as rice, beans, oil, and more, specifically intended for the dedicated cleaning staff at Tishk International University (TIU).
The project aimed to support and show appreciation for the hardworking cleaning staff members who tirelessly maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the university. By gathering donations from the TIU academic staff, the project organizers were able to prepare boxes containing a variety of beneficial foodstuffs, ensuring that the cleaning staff could experience the joy and blessings of Ramadan.
This initiative exemplified the spirit of compassion, unity, and community within the Department of Mechatronics Engineering.
