The Use of Advanced Technologies & Non-Destructive Tests in Calibration & Inspection for Construction & Oil fields
MIQYAS Company collaborated with the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University to visit TIU and conduct a workshop titled “The Use of Advanced Technologies & Non-Destructive Tests in Calibration & Inspection for Construction & Oil fields”.
The workshop comprised a theoretical and practical session aiming to explain the devices and technologies used in non-destructive tests. The theoretical sessions discussed the specifications of each device and how it is designed for a specific environment or industry. The presenter also explained how to use the devices and listed their advantages.
During the practical session, devices such as 3D Laser Scanning Technology for Tanks and Construction Buildings, ISO 17025 Standardization, Concrete Inspection Tools, NDT Testing Analysis for Metal Particles (PMI), Hydrostatic Inspection Tools & Calibration: (Pressure & Temperature Gauges, PSV’s & PRV’s) were examined by participants. These devices are useful for scientific research and provide accurate findings.
