The outcomes of the research “Influence of the printing parameters on the properties of PLA parts produced by fused filament fabrication” were presented by Ms. Rasha Alkabbanie, in the Mechatronics Engineering Department on January 28th, 2021.
The research aimed at studying the influence of the printing parameters namely; the Extrusion Temperature, the Layer Height, the Feed Rate, and the Raster Angle- on the Tensile Properties, the Pardness Properties, and the Surface Roughness Properties of the printed components.
The academic staff of the Engineering Faculty attended the seminar and provided valuable feedback and comments regarding the presented content.
Rasha Alkabbanie is an Assistant Lecturer at the Mechatronics Engineering Department and the Coordinator of ISO & Accreditation at Tishk International University.
