On Wednesday, February 15th, 2023, the Interior Design Department in Tishk International University prepared a scientific trip for the 2nd stage students to (brayaty ishik kindergarten ) related to their Interior Design Studio Course, under the supervision of the lecturers : Mr. Abdulrazaq Zamil and Mrs. Huda Sabah with the research assistants aisha asaad .
The aim of the trip was to focus on the main zones of the kindergarten design (classes, playing area , reception and other related zones) with their furniture distribution, dimension according to the kids sizes , spacing, color pallets, accessories and other design details.
The managers on the site greeted the staff and students and arranged to give them a tour in two of their buildings with two different areas. The lecturers explained for the students throughout the tour the main design points and all the dimensions and negative and positive points of the design .
Students were asked to take photos and gather information to prepare a detailed report . students learnt how to take as built measurement and understood the difference of the design depending on the users .
