Staff Breakfast On February 1st, 2024, the Interior Design Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a breakfast for its staff in appreciation of their hard work and dedication. The gathering was attended by the Head of the Department, Mr. Dlman Azeez with all full-time and part-time lecturers and assistants. Staff Gathering On January 22nd, 2024, the Interior Design Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU) prepared a staff gathering on the university premises. The event, graced by the presence of the Head of the Interior Design Department, was attended by all full-time lecturers and assistants. The gathering was strategically arranged to offer a respite from the rigours of academic responsibilities, allowing staff members to unwind and enjoy a convivial atmosphere. It provided an excellent opportunity for faculty members to engage in informal interactions, fostering a sense of camaraderie and collegiality within the department.

Exhibition on Lightweight Structure On November 28-29th, 2023, the Department of Interior Design, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU) organized an exhibition on Lightweight Structure Exhibition. The exhibition showcased innovative constructions based on straight lines, exploring the fundamental elements of shapes: line and plane. Emphasizing spherical geometry guided by positive-curved lines and hyperbolic geometry by negative curves, the exhibition delved into "Form Finding" - a method of exploring shapes beyond traditional compositional and static constraints.
