The Civil Engineering Department at Tishk International University recently organized a hangout trip to Sulaymaniyah and Hawraman with a group of fourth-grade students on Friday, December 30th, 2022. The trip provided an opportunity for students to explore the natural beauty of the region and learn about the cultural heritage of the area.
Once they arrived in Sulaymaniyah, the group visited several places and had the opportunity to try local foods and shop for souvenirs at the local bazaars. After spending the day in Sulaymaniyah, the group traveled to Hawraman the following day. The group explored the picturesque Hawraman valley and visited several traditional Kurdish villages.
The department head thanked the faculty members and staff who organized the trip for their hard work and dedication in providing students with a valuable learning experience.
The Civil Engineering Department plans to organize similar trips in the future to continue to provide students with opportunities to explore the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the region.
