3rd Place in a Virtual Competition Conducted by the AUS ACI Chapter for Middle East Chapters
Tishk International University (TIU) is proud to announce that its Civil Engineering Department senior students secured third place in a virtual competition conducted by the AUS ACI Chapter for Middle East chapters.
The competition, held on 16th April 2023 on Google Meets, was exclusively among board members, and eight student chapters from different universities were able to join. The event saw the participation of almost 30 students from countries such as UAE, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. The students got the opportunity to introduce themselves to other chapters and compete by answering 40 questions in 20 minutes.
The event was exceedingly beneficial, providing an educational and entertaining experience for civil engineering students. The University of Raparin Student Chapter won first place, while the University of Sulaimanya Student Chapter took second place. TIU’s Civil Engineering Department senior students secured third place, showcasing their knowledge, skills, and expertise. The event provided an excellent platform for civil engineering students to showcase their talents and network with industry professionals. TIU is proud of its students’ accomplishments and is committed to providing them with opportunities to participate in such competitions and excel in their fields.
