Self-healing Concrete Seminar by Eng. Essam Mulapper
On February 20th, 2022, Engineer Mr. Essam Mulapeer (MSc and Ph.D. Candidate), Lecturer at the Civil Engineering Department at Tishk International University, presented a seminar at the Erbil Municipality under the title “Self-Healing Concrete”.
The seminar was held in the presence of Eng. Abdulwahid Ahmed, Head of Erbil Municipality, and the engineers in the Municipality. The seminar aimed at highlighting the benefits of self-healing concrete and introducing the latest updates on this topic. It also aimed to open a door for engineers in Erbil to start working with this type of concrete as it is economically and environmentally efficient.
A Q&A session was held during the last session of the seminar in which Mr. Essam answered the questions of the participants. The Head of Erbil Municipality also presented Mr. Essam with a Certificate of Appreciation and thanked him for his presentation and hard work.
