Tishk International University’s Civil Engineering Department has once again demonstrated its commitment to fostering a strong sense of community among its students. On April 12th, 2023, the department organized an iftar gathering with the fourth-grade students.
Over 40 students and faculty members attended the event, which provided a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together and break their fast.
The department arranged for a sumptuous iftar spread that included traditional dishes such as dates and lentil soup, as well as a variety of other delicious food items.
The iftar gathering provided an opportunity for the fourth-grade students to interact with their lecturers and get to know them better outside the classroom. It was also a chance for the students to learn about the importance of Ramadan and the traditions associated with it.
The iftar gathering was a testament to the department’s commitment to creating a supportive environment that promotes academic and personal growth while celebrating cultural and religious diversity.
