The Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU), successfully conducted an intensive training program on “Entrepreneurship and Career Development” for 3rd stage students.
The training was presented by Instructor Mr. Heersh Omar Faraj, in accordance with university academic directives and the guidelines of the Ministry of Higher Education. The program aimed to develop students’ entrepreneurial skills, enhance career planning strategies, and improve their preparedness for future employment opportunities.
Throughout the training period, students participated in a series of structured learning activities, discussions, and applied exercises focused on building professional competencies and strengthening their understanding of career pathways in civil engineering.
The program achieved its intended objectives, providing students with valuable insights into entrepreneurship and professional development. At the end of the training, students expressed appreciation for the program, highlighting its practical value and its role in motivating them toward future career success.
