Welcome Ceremony for 2nd Stage Students
The Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU) hosted a warm welcome ceremony for second-year students on October 15th, 2023. The event was held on the university campus and was attended by department members, staff, and students.
The ceremony began with an opening speech from the department head, who welcomed the new students and congratulated them on reaching this important milestone in their academic journey. He also provided an overview of the department’s curriculum and emphasized the importance of hard work and dedication in the field of civil engineering.
During the event, Mr. Hozan Himdad, a civil engineering graduate of the university, delivered an insightful seminar to inspire and guide the students on their academic journey.
This event not only marked their return to the university but also fostered a sense of belonging within the department. It was a delightful occasion filled with camaraderie and encouragement as the students embarked on their academic journey for another year.
