Civil Engineering Department under the supervision of Barham Haidar the instructor of CE 219 with the assistance of Mohamad Qadir and Rabar Hama Fariq organized a field trip for second grade students to IBERIA batch plant. We are welcomed very warmly by the administrative and technical staff of the batch plant. Instructor Barham explained how mix design is held in batch plant practically. Alumni Office arranged a reunion for the 2015 civil engineering unemployed graduate.  The gathering was about presenting Alumni Office and talking about its opportunities. One of our unique opportunities is providing our graduate with suitable jobs. Our office in corporation with career center works hard to minimize the rate of the unemployed alumna. Some lecturers participated like Prof. Dr. Bayan Salim, Mrs.Ghada Alsakkal, Dr.Ganjeena Khoshnaw, and Head of Department Mr. Barham Haydar.   Civil engineering department  arranged a scientific visit for the students of third grade to the construction facility in Erbil-Medical University Faculty of medicine .This visit was held on 5/10/2015 On Wednesday .It was beneficial and proper starting for more field trips .this visit organize by the Department under the supervision of faculty members .Prf. A site visit took place On November 18th, 2015. Where a group of students from C participated in cooperation with The Consultancy  Bureau, Executive Director ( Dr Ganjeena Khoshnaw), Assistant ECB  (Naz Noori Yassin),Research Assistants (Mohammed Qader Ali) and (Ala Tahsin Muhsin). During the visit the group toured through the high way construction, they got introduced to the construction codes, building materials codes,  the types of the materials and machines they used.
