The Faculty of Engineering is pleased to congratulate Mohammad Sabah, a Tishk International University graduate, for his participation and recognition at the First Iraqi Forum for Architecture Engineering Departments 2025. His achievement represents a strong example of how contemporary Iraqi architecture students are engaging with issues of identity, urban recovery, and future-oriented design among prestigious Iraqi universities. The forum was carried out by the Iraqi Engineering Syndicate.
The forum was held at the University of Baghdad on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 21 and 22, 2025, with participation from 27 architecture departments across Iraq. The event aimed to showcase outstanding student work and demonstrate enthusiasm for academic exchange and collaboration. In this context, Mohammad Sabah’s project, the Khinnis Archaeological Museum, supervised by Mr. Noman Albayati, stood out as part of a broader effort to highlight innovative graduation projects responding to Iraq’s current architectural needs. His project was recognized among the best in Iraq.
