Staff Lunch

On March 2nd the Architecture department organized a lunch for the staff under the supervision of the head of the department (Mrs Shino Abdulla), and the number of the staff participating in this activity was around 30. This lunch was organized to make staff more socially engaged, and it’s one of the ways to make them feel comfortable around each other. It fosters a positive culture and improves staff retention. The main benefit of having a group lunch is that it will inevitably strengthen relationships in the workplace. Members of different teams in the workplace will have the opportunity to speak to others external from their team.

It allows staff to discuss different ideas in a relaxed environment, but it could reduce stress levels, preparing staff for the working day.
