Staff Lunch
On December 13th, the Department of Architectural Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a lunch for 30 staff members, held under the supervision of the Head of the Department Mrs Shino Abdulla. The lunch was designed to promote social engagement and build relationships between colleagues. Such gatherings not only nurture a positive work culture but also contribute to staff retention. Group lunches are pivotal as they fortify interpersonal relationships across various departments. This setting grants team members from diverse units the chance to converse and collaborate with colleagues they might not frequently interact with.
