On May 22 th, 2024, the Interior Design Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU) prepared a farewell gathering to second stage students. On May 15, 2024, a delegation from the Department of Interior Design visited the Karash Factory for Interior Design. This visit was part of an ongoing initiative to strengthen ties with alumni and industry partners. The factory, renowned for its innovative design solutions, employs several of our distinguished alumni, including sima and saya , who have made significant contributions to the field since graduating. In collaboration with the Dean of Students at Tishk International University, the Interior Design Department, Faculty of Engineering, implemented a Social Community Project held on May 14th, 2024.Tishk University's Visit to Autism Center: Supporting with Essential Supplies Our first and second-stage students from our department recently visited the Autism Center, bringing much-needed items to support the children there. We donated desks, a first aid kit, therapeutic equipment, a microphone, and specially designed games for children with autism. Tishk International University’s 9th National Innovation Competition in Engineering (NICE2024) was held on Sunday , May 12th, 2024, under “Targeting Smart Sustainable Innovations.” The competition aimed to gather students, supervisors, practitioners, educators, and students of all engineering fields around universities in Kurdistan and Iraq interested in smart, sustainable innovations. Invitations were sent to universities in Kurdistan and Iraq.
