Interior Design department held an Introduction seminar on 22-23 December 2017 about (Interior Design) for the first stage students, it continued for two days.
The seminar was prepared by assistant Prof. Hassan Hasson & research assistant Shallaw Hamza.
In the first day, the seminar included a brief about Tishk International UNIVERSITY (system, faculties and organizations), A brief Introduction to Interior design and our teaching system & Tishk International University Promotion Video. Presented by Head of Interior Design department (Haval Sami), assistant Prof. Hassan Hasson) & Dean of Student representative (Sarhang Osman) Presented in the hall (213), while 21 students attended of (30 total).
In the second day, the seminar included Motivation talks, a brief introduction to Design, Interior Design, what they going to study for 4 years and what they going to do after graduation, How to become a best Interior Designer, SIS system Tishk International University & Our department’s webpage which presented by (Shallaw Hamza, Hawsar Yaseen) and (Frah Mysan). ) Presented in the hall (213), while 29 students attended of (33 total).

After the seminar, we prepared an Ikrami for students and we welcomed their families then we discussed our study programs with them.
In general, the students seemed impressed and excited, they asked lots of questions and we gave them desired answers and information. they emphasized on the schedule for the upcoming weeks to attend the lectures.
