On August 7th, 2024, the staff of Department of Interior Design, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University (TIU) visited students at their summer training places. Visiting students at their summer training sites is an invaluable opportunity to observe their learning environment, assess their progress, and provide personalized guidance. It allows educators and mentors to gain firsthand insight into the challenges and successes students experience in a real-world setting.
These visits also reinforce the importance of the training, showing students that their efforts are recognized and supported. Additionally, such interactions can inspire students to excel further by offering them direct feedback and encouragement. Overall, these visits play a crucial role in bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application. During summer breaks, students often seek out opportunities for practical training to enhance their skills and gain real-world experience. Various institutions and organizations offer summer training programs tailored to students in different fields. For engineering students, technology companies, research institutes, and manufacturing units are popular destinations. These places provide hands-on experience with the latest tools and technologies, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
