The Interior Design Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, at Tishk International University successfully organized an intensive training program on “Entrepreneurship and Career Development,” in line with the university’s directives and the decisions of the Ministry of Higher Education. The program was conducted in coordination with the Career Development Center.
The training was delivered by Mr. Hedi Mustafa and focused on helping students develop an entrepreneurial mindset, improve their career planning skills, strengthen their professional abilities, and better prepare themselves for the job market.
Throughout the program, students actively engaged in discussions, practical activities, and interactive learning sessions. These activities encouraged them to explore their strengths, think more creatively about their future, and develop a clearer understanding of the skills and qualities needed for their professional careers.
The training successfully achieved its intended objectives and provided students with practical knowledge and valuable insights that they can apply in their academic and professional lives.
At the end of the program, students shared very positive feedback and expressed their appreciation for the relevance and usefulness of the topics covered. Many of them highlighted that the training encouraged them to look at their future careers from a different perspective and motivated them to think more confidently about their goals and opportunities. They also expressed their hope that the knowledge and experience gained from the program would serve as an important step toward their future success and professional growth.
