On December 8, 2025, during the 2025–2026 academic year, the Interior Design Department at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a special orientation for first-year students to welcome them and introduce them to university life.
The orientation provided valuable insights into university life, the Engineering Faculty, and specifically the Interior Design program. The event included the presence of the Head of the Interior Design Department, Mr. Dlman Aziz, who gave an insightful speech to the new students, providing valuable information about Tishk International University, the faculty, and the Interior Design program.
During the orientation, various materials and presentations were shown to help students better understand the department’s goals, expectations, and future opportunities. In addition, samples of student work, department facilities, and previous projects were displayed to give the newcomers a clear idea of what to expect and aspire to during their academic journey.
To conclude the event, cake and drinks were provided, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and allowing students to socialize and engage with faculty members. The session was both informative and engaging, leaving students excited and motivated for the path ahead.
