Tishk International University has held 3rd International Spring Festival of Language, Culture, and Science on April 25, 2018, with the participant of general consulates, representatives of the ministry of higher educations and all students of Tishk International University. Tishk International University organized the 5th commemoration of Thanks to Martyrs which has been held on February 28, 2018, in Saad Abdullah Hall. In order to commemorate those who had been martyred by chemical bombing in Halabja, Anfal, uprising, and the recent terrorist group of ISIS. Scientific trip- IIALCO and ROZHANO Companies

Interior Design Department (Second-grade students) prepared a scientific trip To IIALCO and ROZHANO companies, on December 5th as a part of Scientific activities that relate to the Interior Design Materials course which is given by Madian (Assistant lecturer). The staff was Mr.Madian and research assistant Hawsar Yassin. Interior Design Department (Fourth-grade students) prepared a scientific trip To Shanadar and Minara park on October, 30,2017 as a part of Scientific activities that relate to the Interior Design Studio course which is given by Mr Dawa Azad (lecturer) and Mr Shallaw  (assistant). The staff in the two parks welcomed us and were so cooperated with Tishk International staff and the students, they show them different parts of the parks with the interior finishing. Mr Dawa explained to the students the architecture and interior design elements are used and what are the possibilities to redesign them.

Architecture and Interior Design Engineering Departments organized an Annual Kurdistan Culture Exhibition of Tishk International Students on 23th May, 2017. Prof. Dr. Hussein Hassan Member of Board of Trustees, Dr. Mehmet Ozdemir Vice President of Tishk International University, Dr. Halit Vural Dean of Engineering Faculty, Miss Soma A. Kareem Head of Architecture Department and Mr. Haval Sami Head of Interior Design Department opened the Exhibition.
